These guys have an outstanding reputation for a good reason. they DO IT RIGHT. Either that or you can take your chances with the other big tire and wheel shops that seem to all be 3 ring circuses. Save yourself all the hassle and go here... buy here....and be done with it. 4 new tires, REAL ROADFORCE BALANCE, and alignment. The guys that work here are no joke. All professionals.

I came to this place because my dealer had ordered new doors for my truck and sent it here for installation and paint matching. While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, “What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?” Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, “This is what you want.” I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn’t repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. Mr. Wheels did an outstanding job installing our custom-designed wheels. They took extra care during the installation process to ensure there were no scratches, scuffs, or rub marks on the new wheels, which we really appreciated. They even used black balancing weights to match the inside of the wheels for a cleaner, more professional look. The attention to detail and quality of work was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Mr. Wheels for anyone looking for a careful and professional wheel installation.

Great and fast service. John and Judith were very helpful helping me in the selection of the wheels, tires and lift kit for my Bronco. They offer good quality products and service at a fair price. Friendly and professional staff. Strongly recommend!

Disappointed. Lady over phone told me to come in and there’s no wait for wheel alignment. Came in within 10mins of call. Was told tech just walked out for lunch and would be back in 25-30min. Waited over an hour. Walked in asking where the tech was and he was sitting down doing nothing. I called 30min prior to stepping in and told them I’ll be in my truck waiting. He was inside of his bay walking around doing nothing 10mins after I drove in. Customer service here is terrible.
